5K INFORMATION

Registration for 5K will be available on race day for $30.

ARRIVAL:

We are asking that all runners be here by 7:15am to get registered, your bibs, and time trackers.

FALLEN HERO CEREMONY BEFORE START OF RACE:

Please join us before the race at 7:30am to honor our fallen hero’s. We will be honoring a fallen soldier, fallen police officer. and firefighter. We will be joined by wounded hero’s to lay wreaths for the fallen. We will then play the National Anthem and get ready to start race.

 

PARKING FOR THE 5K:

We will have limited parking on the day of the 5k, so thanks to nearby businesses and churchs for offering there parking lots for runners.

Maryland Wine and Spirits – behind gym
Hidden Harbor Marina – the field in front of the marina
Cedar Grove United Methodist Church – across from Deale Hardware

Those parking at the church and Hidden Harbor can call to the gym when parking and we will be happy to shuttle you to the gym.

Please arrive early to make sure we can get you to the gym from parking in a timely manner. You will need to check in when you arrive. Please be sure to have signed registration form with you or already turned into the gym. All participants MUST have a signed waiver.
