Margie Fuss

Group Fitness Director/ Trainer/ Class Instructor

I’ve been teaching group exercise for almost 14 years and my passion for teaching continues to increase both personally and professionally. With the support and encouragement of my amazing husband, I decided to pursue Certified Personal Training along with Group Exercise Instruction. I was never the type of person who was happy sitting behind a desk each day. Attending Group Exercise classes, opened my eyes and I became hooked on the positive impact it had on me. I found the Group Exercise Instructor Position/Certified Personal Trainer and its ability to impact others-came easy to me. I truly believe that my desire to see positive results in others by encouraging and motivating them to see the best in them, get to the next level is what makes my role as a Certified Personal Trainer more than a job to me it’s a passion! I absolutely love teaching and interacting with the lovely members of CHF. I am absolutely focused on bringing enthusiasm and energy to each of my classes/training sessions. So my clients will get the most out of the experience I try to create. My confidence as an Instructor, Trainer, Director has never been higher and I believe that genuine love for instruction and training is evident to my members and clients. My sole purpose is to focus completely on each of my members and make sure they can have a safe and effective workout so they can continue to improve personally. They continue to work out with me because I create a truly memorable experience they simply hate to miss.

Janie Triantis

Certified Trainer/ Class Instructor

You need to exercise to maintain health and vitality throughout life. Exercise clears your mind and helps you prepare for the day. Proper movement is essential to build and maintain strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination and balance while preventing or reducing pain and discomfort. My goal is to encourage and challenge clients to feel stronger and more confident. Exercise is a part of my daily routine and exercise is something that I truly love. It energizes me and keeps me going throughout the day!


Kayla Schell

Certified Trainer

My name is Kayla Schell and I have been in the fitness industry for a little over 5 years. I was a dancer, softball player, and lifter in high school and always thought fitness was in my future for a career. I am certified in Les Mills Body Pump, Zumba, PiYo, Insanity, TRX, Zumbatomic, Group exercise, and Personal Training. Fitness and health has always been apart of my life and all I can hope is to bring it into others lives.


Krystle Castro

Certified Trainer/ Class Instructor

Hi my name is Krystle Castro. I am a married mother of two, living in Southern Anne Arundel County. I have always had a passion for fitness and nutrition. I enjoy running, hiking, spinning, water skiing and snow skiing. I help my clients reach their full potential through corrective exercise and progressively challenging workouts. I take pride in the creative side of planning individual sessions and am constantly continuing my education to create new fun workouts that are unlike any you have done before. I take gratification in the fact that a client of mine will never have the same workout more than once. It is always fun, creative and challenging! My passion for fitness began watching my mother’s body literally fail with age and inactivity. After years of unhealthy habits such as poor nutrition, smoking and lack of exercise I have watched her body deteriorate. She now has Type II diabetes and several other health issues. I may be able not be able to make my mother change, but I am excited to help others that do want to change! It has always been important for me to stay fit and eat well. I am excited to help others achieve their goals, live longer and start participating in life! After my two pregnancies I know how difficult losing weight and finding time to work out can be. My absolute dream job is helping others live healthy lifestyles and I can’t wait to help you! I would love to be a partner and coach on your journey, helping you and cheering you along the way! Andrea Melbourne

Over 30 years experience in the fitness industry leading people through their lifestyle of health & fitness journey safely and effectively! Leading by example through living an active and healthy lifestyle when I’m not at the gym, I’m outdoors climbing a mountain, running on the beach, or on/near the water. Love the outdoors, connecting with nature, boating, practicing yoga or hiking. I practice a wholesome and vegetarian diet. Advocate for clean, healthy nutrition choices. Whole grains, non-animal protein and fruits-ORGANIC as possible.
