Is a long term contract required?
No, we have a variety of short-term contracts. Under the Membership tab we have our 3 most popular contracts available to purchase right online. Call us at 410-867-7440 or come on in to discuss what membership option would be best for you.
What is included in my membership?
Great question! All of our memberships are all inclusive. Yes, you read that correctly, so all 30+ weekly Group X classes are part of your membership, along with access to all of our cardio equipment and weights.
*Please note – we do have Pop-Up Classes and extra fee classes that our outside of our normal Group X Schedule. All of these will have an additional fee.
Are all classes included in membership?
Yes, all of our 30+ classes a WEEK are included in your membership. Come try one of our amazing classes. Download the Mindbody app to see a full schedule. We have everything from Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Fit Fusion to even Les Mills Body Pump!
May I reserve a spot in one of the Group X classes?
Yes – we encourage you to sign up right from the Mindbody app. This way you know you have a reserved spot in class. Need help setting up your Mindbody app? Call us at 410-867-7440 or stop at the Front Desk for us to assist in your reservation.
I’m new to fitness – can I take one of the classes?
Yes – we love that you are new to fitness. We will be here every step of the way. Please come to the Front Desk and we can discuss which classes would work best for you. We recommend you letting the Instructor know that it is your first class. They will help you set up (if needed) and make sure you feel comfortable. All of our instructors are amazing – give us a try!
What is the guest policy?
A Guest Pass can be purchased at the Front Desk or online under the Membership tab on our website. Please bring your ID and then you will need complete a waiver. You will have full access to the entire gym plus any of the classes for that day.
How do I cancel my membership?
Please email your request to (chesfitclub1@gmail.com). We require your cancellation to begin the process. We will respond back with all of the details to cancel your membership within 48 hours. If you signed up online there is even an option on your account to cancel that way as well. We will be sad to see you go but understand and don’t want it to be painful. We promise to make this as seamless as possible for you.
What is the club’s inclement weather policy?
We try hard to keep our doors open but sometimes weather gets in the way. We will post on social media, our front door, send an email blast and update the message on our phone. Safety is our top priority!
Does the club have free Wi-Fi?
Yes! Passcode is at the Front Desk.
Does the Gym have lockers and showers?
Yes! We have lockers and 2 showers stalls in both of the Men and Women’s Locker Rooms. We also have some additional lockers outside of the Women’s Locker Room. We even have shampoo, conditioner, and everything that you would need to get ready to go to school or work.
How do I schedule the Kids Club?
Call 410-867-7440 to book your time slot. There is a drop in fee and we even have monthly memberships for Kids Club. Call us today to discuss what option works best for you.
What are the age restrictions for Kids Club?
Children ages 6 weeks -12 years old are welcome in our Kids Club. We will have a form for you to fill out on your first visit. To learn more about our Kids Club, please check our our Kids Club page for all of the details.
How much does Kids Club cost?
Great question! We have drop in rates or Kids Club Unlimited Packages. It depends on how many children you have so call us at 410-867-7440 to go over what package will work best for you.
Can you sign up for a Membership Online?
Yes! We are thrilled that we just launched 3 of our most popular Membership options on our website. Please go to the Membership tab to fill out the form and sign up for a Membership at CHF. We would be honored to have you as a member.
Do you have Gift Cards?
Yes – we have two options! You can purchase Gift Cards right from our website. You are able to design the card and pick any amount of a Gift Card. You could also come into the gym and purchase a Gift Card at the Front Desk. Give the gift of Fitness for any holiday or celebration.
Do you have swag to Purchase?
We sure do! We have shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, hat and a variety of other items branded. We would absolutely love to have you check our the Front Lobby to see all of our latest designs. Did I mention that you receive a discount on your Birthday Month for swag? Check your email for all of the details.
Are Personal Trainers available?
Absolutely! We can assist with finding the best trainer to help you achieve your goals. All Personal Trainers are fully certified.
