From designing a customized workout plan to providing ongoing motivation and support, our personal trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your specific goals.  We offer several options to choose from:

Personal Training – Chesapeake Health & Fitness Club personal trainers are here to help you meet your fitness challenges and goals. Your personal trainer will design your workouts and be there with you every step of the way, keeping you motivated and focused.

Group Personal Training – Have you and your friends ever wanted to participate in a supervised and structured training program? With Group Personal Training, our personal trainers will design and coach you through a workout designed specifically for your goals and needs.
