Classes

Barre & Barre 30 An intense workout which incorporates high repetition of small, targeted, low-impact movements to elevate the heart rate, increase endurance, & strengthen muscles. Based on principles of both ballet & Pilates and set to energizing music, you will use the barre as well as light weight exercise equipment such as mini-balls & small hand weights to push a variety of muscle groups to their max. Correct form & stretching are emphasized throughout the class.
Barrelates This fusion class combines the dynamic, ballet-inspired movements of barre which incorporates high repetition of small, targeted, low impact movements with the lengthening, strengthening exercises of mat Pilates. The first 30 minutes you will focus on low impact Barre movements with isolated holds & a light set of weights; perfect to build long, lean muscle. The last 30 minutes will include mat Pilates exercises to mobilize the spine and improve posture. You will learn to control movements, maintain good form and develop a strong core.
Burn 30 PLUS BURN 30 PLUS is a 60 minute, high-energy workout. The class will begin with BURN 30 (first 30 mins) which is an explosive workout designed to target big muscle groups. It combines weights with explosive cardio for the most effective impact. The remaining 30 minutes of class will be instructors’ choice to include Barre, core, yoga, or stretching!
Les Mills BodyPump The original LES MILLS barbell class will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body! This class focuses on low weight with high repetition movements so you will burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean muscle.
Cardio Dance Cardio Dance is a hybrid of dance choreography and cardio exercises set to fun, upbeat music to keep you moving and get your heart pumping! With easy-to-follow routines incorporating dance styles like hip-hop, ballroom, Latin, & more, this class feels like a party! Don’t be fooled though… it’s a body burning experience open to all fitness levels.
Cardio Kick Total body workout that incorporates cardio to strengthen and tone all while reducing body fat and stress levels. This high intensity workout fuses elements of boxing with mixed martial arts with more traditional exercises (ex. jumping jacks, crunches, pushups). Great for all fitness levels!
Cycle An indoor cycling class which is a low impact, highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength & endurance. Designed for all levels.
Cycle & Strength This 45 min class will push your body to the limit for amazing results! Get your heart rate up on the spin bike & hit the weights for some strength training to focus on multiple muscle groups. You will work on building muscle to sculpt and chisel your body for a better, STRONGER YOU!
Dance, Strength & Mobility This class conditions the body, using “unique” movements, and interval training. Utilizing “correctional exercises”, showing key balance points in the body, which strengthens certain muscle groups, helps improve body balance and helps prevent random physical injuries. Each class is different & no two workouts are ever the same! Warm up starts with cardio- dance…all to great music, adding in a few balance exercises to make things really fun, while learning and utilizing what muscle groups we’re engaging to improve posture! At the end of the training session we do a variety of stretches and deep breathing, standing and floor, to promote relaxation and to improve body flexibility and overall mobility.
Extreme Water Rowing Join this 60 minute high-intense workout that tones every muscle from head to toe! This class is choreographed to music, using different variations of rowing including, lat rows, triceps rows, biceps rows, abs, push ups, lunges and MORE! All while keeping heart rates high, burning fat and sculpting lean muscle. (Beginners are welcome to stay for a portion of the class leaving at anytime and can slowly progress to 60 minutes) *Class is limited to 5 rowers so reserve your rower on the MindBody app today!

FUNctional Fitness This workout focuses on balance, stretching & strength conditioning. Great for beginners & those looking for a lower impact workout.
Pilates Improve your core control, coordination, standing alignment and balance with Pilates mat exercises. There are 20 different movement phrases, which are performed seated or while lying down on your back, side or front. Emphasis is on precise alignment, breathing and efficient sequencing of movement.
Sculpt & Core In this strength building class you will focus on sculpting specific muscles using both hand weights & barbells (Tuesday-upper body & Thursday – lower body). Workouts cycle through a number of segments that help improve stability, endurance, and strength. This class is guaranteed to help build strength from top to bottom, improve definition and you will feel the BURN!
Step This high energy workout incorporates creative, yet basic combinations on a step platform designed to help you achieve a strong back and toned abdominal muscles.
Total Core This 45 min class focuses on your entire core to build & condition your abdominals, lower back, glutes and hips. Find those lost abs and discover improved stability, strength, & power in everything you do with Total Core. The instructor guides you through carefully selected bodyweight and weighted exercises that challenge every layer of your core. All fitness levels welcome!
Community Yoga This slow flow class will take you through all of the traditional yoga poses including standing poses for strength and balance. Classical breathing techniques are incorporated. Meditation and philosophy will also be explored to get your mind & body relaxed before you head into your weekend.
Gentle Yoga This mindful, rejuvenating, slow flow class will take you through all of the traditional Hatha yoga poses including standing poses for strength and balance. Classical breathing techniques are incorporated. Meditation and philosophy will also be explored.
Hatha Yoga This yoga class offers a gentle & holistic approach. All of the classes start with centering and then we move on to breathing, warm ups, asanas, deep relaxation, meditation and ending with a mudra and closing. The class will be asked what areas of the body needs love and we incorporate those poses into the class as well. Props are provided to help get into the poses deeper; if desiered. It is a complete workout for the mind, body and soul. Many adaptations are provided so any level yogi feels welcome and comfortable.
Power Yoga This class is a Power flow Iyengar based vinyasa class. Flow with the music, from pop to rock to the 80s. Have fun and dance your asana! We start with breathe work, warm up and move through multiple poses linked together. You will get your heart rate up, break a sweat, have some fun and then finish with deep stretching and a short savasana.
