Classes

Barre: An intense workout which incorporates high repetition of small, targeted, low-impact movements to elevate the heart rate, increase endurance, and strengthen muscles.  Based on principles of both ballet and Pilates and set to energizing music, you will use the barre as well as light weight exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to push a variety of muscle groups to their max.  Correct form and stretching are emphasized throughout the class.

Les Mills Body Combat: Total body workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, strengthens and tones, as well as reduces body fat and stress levels. A high intensity workout that blends elements of boxing with mixed martial arts and also incorporates traditional exercises (ex. jumping jacks, crunches, pushups). Great for all fitness levels!

Les Mills Body Pump: A 60min class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning

Burn 30: High energy, no nonsense, quick CARDIO workout! Get in and get out within 30 minutes.

Cardio Dance: Come dance away the mid-week stresses to a variety of hip hop, Latin, and top 40 at cardio dance with Samantha! This 60 min cardio is perfect for all fitness levels. Show up, enjoy good, energetic music, DANCE and leave feeling energized! This class will burn anywhere from 300 – 700 calories for the hour.

Cycle: An indoor cycling class which is a low impact, highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength & endurance. Designed for all levels.

Cycle & Strength: This 45 min specialty class will push your body to the limit for amazing results! Get your heart rate up on the spin bike & hit the weights for some strength training to focus on multiple muscle groups. You will work on building muscle to sculpt and chisel your body for a better, STRONGER YOU!

Fit Fusion: We “fuse” the most effective training methods including; Cardio, Strength, HIIT, Step, Balance, Core and much more. Great for all fitness levels.

FUNctional Fitness: This work out focuses on balance, stretching & strength conditioning. Great for beginners & those looking for a lower impact workout.

HIIT: is a training idea in which low to moderate intensity intervals are alternated with high intensity intervals. HIIT can be applied to running or to exercises such as squatting. HIIT is considered to be much more effective than normal cardio because the intensity is higher and you are able to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before.

Pilates: Improve your core control, coordination, standing alignment and balance with Pilates mat exercises. There are 20 different movement phrases, which are performed seated or while lying down on your back, side or front. Emphasis is on precise alignment, breathing and efficient sequencing of movement.

Pilates Fusion: Who says you can’t have the best of both worlds in one class? Pilates Fusion is a fun, low impact class that creatively combines Pilates, yoga, and barre. In this class you will experience the muscle toning and fat burning elements of Pilates and barre with the strength and flexibility of yoga.

Sculpt: This strength building 30 minute total body workout will focus on sculpting specific muscles using both hand weights & barbells. This class is guaranteed to help improve definition and tone resulting in a more sculpted YOU! You will rotate between exercises for Arms & Shoulders and Legs & Back!

Sculpt & Core: This class is designed to sculpt your arms, legs & abs from the inside out! The first 30 minutes includes strength building with focus on sculpting specific muscles using weights & barbells. Then get down on your mat for 30 minutes of hardcore ab work which is sure to get your mid-section ready to show off! This class is guaranteed to help improve definition and tone resulting in a more sculpted YOU!

Step: This high energy workout incorporates creative, yet basic combinations on a step platform designed to help you achieve a strong back and toned abdominal muscles.

Yoga: Is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing. Yoga has been used as a meditation technique for thousands of years. As you exercise. You meditate on what your body is feeling and try to be “one with the universe”.

Zumba: is a popular fitness program inspired by Latin dance . The word “Zumba” comes from a Colombian word that means to move fast and have fun, which is just how people describe the routine. Using upbeat Latin music together with cardiovascular exercise, Zumba is aerobic dancing that is lots of fun and easy to learn.

Extreme WaterRowing – Burn calories, tone your body and get an all around effective workout using a majority of your bodies muscles. This is small class environment so sign up early, as space is limited. *This is a fee based class.
