Ball & Barbells: This class is designed to push your muscles to the limit using the stability ball, weights, or your own body weight. Interval training hits on every muscle group for a well rounded work out! Each class routine will be different however every class will bring you the results you are looking for!
Barre: An intense workout which incorporates high repetition of small, targeted, low-impact movements to elevate the heart rate, increase endurance, and strengthen muscles. Based on principles of both ballet and Pilates and set to energizing music, you will use the barre as well as light weight exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to push a variety of muscle groups to their max. Correct form and stretching are emphasized throughout the class.
Body Pump: A 60min class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning
Body Xtreme: This fast paced high energy class will focus on cardio, strength, core conditioning. It will push the body to the “Xtreme”. Exercises could include rowing, running, weights, etc.
Burn 30: High energy, no nonsense, quick CARDIO workout! Get in and get out within 30 minutes.
Cardio Dance: What makes cardio dance different from simply taking a dance class is that moves employed are tailored to increase heart rate to a desired percentage of maximum. People can adjust the degree to which they’re working out so they don’t exceed target heart rate. This might be done by not incorporating arm movements, dancing with less vigor, or even taking short breaks during exercise.
Cardio Kick: Offers a FUN, Total Body Workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, strengthens and tones, reduces body fat and reduces stress levels. A 45 minutes high intensity workout that blends elements of boxing with mixed martial arts and also incorporates traditional exercises such as: jumping jacks, crunches and push ups. Great for all levels.
Fit Fusion: We “fuse” the most effective training methods including; Cardio, Strength, HIIT, Step, Balance, Core and much more. Great for all fitness levels.
Fit to the Core: Experience a 60 minute high intensity workout, includes cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, shape your body and lose weight.
FUNctional Fitness: This work out focuses on balance, stretching & strength conditioning. Great for beginners & those looking for a lower impact workout.
Hardcore: This 12 week class is designed to sculpt your abs from the inside out! Join us for 30 minutes twice a week to get those abs swimsuit ready.
HIIT: is a training idea in which low to moderate intensity intervals are alternated with high intensity intervals. HIIT can be applied to running or to exercises such as squatting. HIIT is considered to be much more effective than normal cardio because the intensity is higher and you are able to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before.
HIIT the Barre: This hybrid class is designed to produce results. It starts with a warm up and 20 minutes of fast paced high intensity interval training. This is a high intensity/low rest technique that keeps you moving for a major calorie blast! The remainder of the class is 30 minutes of Barre. This portion focuses on building muscle through low impact isometric movements. You will be utilizing a ballet barre & other light weight equipment with high reps. It will focus on all of your different muscle groups and push them to the max. You will tone and build muscle with each class! The beauty of this class is you can take one of the 30 minute segments or both! You decide!
Pilates: Improve your core control, coordination, standing alignment and balance with Pilates mat exercises. There are 20 different movement phrases, which are performed seated or while lying down on your back, side or front. Emphasis is on precise alignment, breathing and efficient sequencing of movement.
Pilates with the Ball: A classic mat Pilates practice where you use the ball as a prop. This is a core focus workout using the highly acclaimed Pilates principles. All levels welcome.
Spin: Indoor cycling classes offer high energy stationary bike workouts that enhance cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Participants select personal intensity levels during the workout through body position and bike tension.
Step & Core: This high energy workout incorporates creative yet basic combinations on a step platform followed by core exercises designed to help you achieve a strong back and toned abdominal muscles.
Yoga: Is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing. Yoga has been used as a meditation technique for thousands of years. As you exercise. You meditate on what your body is feeling and try to be “one with the universe”.
Zumba: is a popular fitness program inspired by Latin dance . The word “Zumba” comes from a Colombian word that means to move fast and have fun, which is just how people describe the routine. Using upbeat Latin music together with cardiovascular exercise, Zumba is aerobic dancing that is lots of fun and easy to learn.
Extreme WaterRowing – Burn calories, tone your body and get an all around effective workout using 84% of your bodies muscles. This is small class environment so sign up early, as space is limited. This is a fee based class.
